Cale L. Curtin
Cale is an attorney and entrepreneur, providing him the ability to advise his clients from a broader perspective and offer valuable insight and guidance. As a founder of multiple start-up businesses, he truly understands the business owners' point of view and provides pragmatic and efficient legal solutions.
Advising individual and corporate participants in a broad array of industries, Cale represents clients at all stages of development with respect to the creation, structuring, and financing of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and contractual matters. He is skilled at bringing parties together, navigating and explaining the nuances of each deal to his clients from initial development to successful closing.
Cale began his career in the Dallas office of Baker Botts LLP where he represented public and private companies and private equity funds in connection with complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and general corporate matters. He then worked at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he focused on private equity mergers & acquisitions and SPAC transactions.
Cale attended the University of Oklahoma where he majored in Finance and received his J.D. from the University of Virginia. Cale lives in Dallas where, in addition to practicing law and working on startups, he enjoys playing polo and is an active member of Park Cities Presbyterian Church.
